Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused and unwashed, especially since we’re talking about books and not clothing. It would not make sense to return a washed book. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

**WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SIGNED BOOKS.

How to Start a Return

Before sending your item back, please contact us at kenny@kennygould.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is received and approved.
